Application open for Fishers’ recovery loans
FISHERS, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) – The city of Fishers says its small business Start-Up and Recovery Loan program has begun. The city says loan applications are available online and being accepted through May 2.
The city says it will allocate up to $500,000 toward the loan program, which was first announced last week.
Fishers Economic Development Director Megan Baumgartner says the city is working alongside both small and large businesses to ensure safe reopenings when the time comes. Baumgartner says the loan program is a step forward in helping businesses that may struggle with operating costs to reopen.
“Small businesses are at the heart of what makes Fishers a vibrant city,” said Baumgartner.
