22-year-old woman ID’d as victim of fatal Morgan County crash
UPDATE: Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal car crash in Morgan County as 22-year-old Ashlynn Simmons, of Brazil, Ind.
The crash happened in the area of State Road 67 near Vickery Road around 7:40 a.m. Friday. Simmons’ Jeep SUV left the roadway and struck a tree.
Simmons was pronounced dead at the scene.
SR 67 was closed for about three hours while investigators worked the scene.
MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Authorities are responding to fatal crash in Morgan County, according to the Paragon Volunteer Fire Company.
The deadly crash happened sometime before 8 a.m. in the area of State Road 67 and Vickery Road.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
