Baby, 2 others escape east side house fire
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indianapolis Fire Department was on scene of a house fire on the city’s east side Wednesday evening.
Fire officials say a garage in the 12000 block of Stacie Court caught fire just before 6:30 p.m. The fire then spread to the home.
Three occupants were inside the home at the time, including one infant. All of them made it out OK.
A firefighter received minor injuries.
Fire officials say two cars caught fire. The garage area is a total loss and a neighboring home had smoke damage.
