Best day of the week with lots of sunshine!
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A quiet and cold start to the morning with temperatures in the lower 30s and mostly clear skies. It’ll be the best day of the week with highs expected to reach the upper 50s with mostly sunny skies!
On Wednesday night clouds begin to increase holding temperatures in the lower 40s.
A system in the plain states will roll in during the day on Thursday with a cloudy sky and a few stray showers during the afternoon. Winds will pick up through the course of the day out of the south between 20-25 mph. That will boost temperatures to the lower to mid-60s. Showers and a few rumbles of the thunders are more likely late Thursday and early Friday.
Friday will be a soggy day with scattered showers and storms through the morning and afternoon. There will be dry periods through the day with highs in the lower 60s.
This weekend will be a soggy start with showers Saturday morning. Showers should move out mid to late afternoon with temperatures gradually falling through the afternoon. Highs will hit the mid-50s. A significantly cooler day Sunday as highs only warm to the mid-40s with partly sunny skies.
Next week starts quietly with highs climbing to the 50s with sunshine. Eventually near 60 degree days with lots of sunshine.
