Big Colts helmet on Circle leads up to concert, kickoff

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Colts are counting the days until the regular season kicks off.

A helmet display opened Thursday on Monument Circle. It will be there through Sept. 7. 

At 5:30 p.m. Sept. 6, the downtown canal will be turned blue.

On Sept. 7, a kickoff concert will be from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. on the east block of Georgia Street downtown. 

All of the fun leads up to game day, Sept. 9. The American Family Insurance Touchdown Town will be open from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Then, the Colts will host the Bengals at 1 p.m. at Lucas Oil Stadium.
