Chick-fil-A has a new keto-friendly menu
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Chick-fil-A is cashing in on the trendy keto diet that’s sweeping the nation.
The fast-food chain now has a keto-conscious menu on their website to help customers follow the high-fat, low-carb diet plan.
“From foods with 10 or fewer net grams of carbohydrates to those that are filled with protein power, the Chick-fil-A menu has you covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner,” a message on Chick-fil-A’s website reads.
The menu boasts options like the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (without bun, 3 grams net carbs), to the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (without bun, 3 gram net carbs), to Grilled Nuggets (eight count, 2 grams net carbs), and the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken (10 grams net carbs).
You don’t have to nix your favorite Chick-fil-A sauces and dressings to stay true to the diet. Most of the dressings are only from 1-3 net carbs.
