Shake Shack coming to Fishers

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) — Attention all burger lovers!

Shake Shack is opening up shop in Fishers.

The company will open up in the 9700 block of E. 116th St. in the Fishers District in late 2020.

“We’re thrilled to finally bring Shake Shack to Indiana,” said Andrew McCaughan, Chief Development Officer of Shake Shack, in a press release. “Greater Indianapolis has been in our sights for a while. We’re looking forward to joining the dynamic line up of restaurants and retailers at The Yard, and joining such a strong and vibrant community in Fishers.”

Last March, it was announced that Shake Shack would be coming to Indianapolis International Airport.

Citizens have chance to weigh in on IndyGo changes

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – IndyGo is set to make some big changes this summer in regards to its route system.

And Tuesday is your last chance to weigh in on the proposal.

Lesley Gordon from IndyGo stopped by Daybreak Monday.

She discussed some of those proposed changes, including turning the “hub and spoke” system into a grid.

The final public hearing is Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 5:30 p.m. at IndyGo headquarters.
