Butler trains students on avoiding dangerous behavior

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Butler students are hoping to help put an end to dangerous and risky behavior.

Several students took part in a college safety training program Monday.

Attendees learned about Indiana Lifeline law, the dangers of over drinking and underage drinking.

They will mentor freshman during Butler’s Red Cup Culture program and throughout the school year.

Those upperclassmen are hoping to be a helpful resource.

Angi Fiege, who lost her daughter due to a drinking accident at IU, led the training.
