According to Indiana State Police, Marchen Willis, 32, of Chicago, was spotted by other drivers driving “erratically” in a white Chevrolet with damage to its driver’s side. The callers told police the vehicle exited from I-80/94 near Broadway onto southbound I-65 where an ISP trooper was able to spot the vehicle.
The trooper witnessed Willis in the vehicle driving under the 55 mph speed limit at between 20 and 25 mph. The vehicle was also seen weaving and driving onto the shoulder and a traffic stop was made.
