Colts’ Pagano speaks about mini camp
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano spoke Tuesday afternoon after the team has its first day of a mini camp at the Colts complex.
The camp is expected to last three days.
Pagano had high praise for his team stating that the practice today was pretty sharp, including the passing game.
“We are more balanced than we have ever been,” said Pagano. “(We had a) lot of good things out there today. (The) QB was looking really good.”
Pagano understands that the Colts need to work on third downs and the red zone to win the multiple championships goal this season.
“We have to get to training camp and bang everything out in training camp,” said Pagano. “We’ve had a great off season. Seven great weeks and we want to make it eight great weeks.”
The Colts play their first pre-season game on August 16 at 1 p.m. See the full schedule here.
