Cool fall day with more sunshine to end the work week!
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A few lingering showers Wednesday morning will quickly move out during the early half of the afternoon. Highs for Wednesday feeling like fall sticking in the upper 60s. A few rays of sunshine are possible for the later half of the day. On Wednesday night expect a partly cloudy sky as lows plummet to the mid to upper 40s!
On Thursday, expect a chilly but dry start to the morning so bring a light jacket with you for the morning commute! Highs will slowly climb to the lower 70s during the afternoon. High pressure will settle in and keep us quiet through the end of the week. Highs on Friday will still be on the cooler side but very comfortable with highs in the lower 70s. Lots of sunshine by the end of the week and dry for Friday night football.
This weekend a cold front will pass through and knock temperatures to the upper 60s Saturday afternoon with a few showers possible north of the city. Sunday an isolated shower possible late as temperatures rebound to the lower to mid 70s. A better chance of showers by Tuesday of next week with scattered showers and windy conditions throughout the day. Highs will warm to the upper 70s with some spots nearing 80.
