WISH-TV medical expert Dr. Adams on latest developments in COVID-19 fight
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The fight against the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
WISH-TV medical expert and former surgeon general Dr. Jerome Adams was on Daybreak Monday to discuss some of the latest developments.
He discussed the recent approval of the Moderna, J&J boosters as well as the mix-and-matching of the boosters.
Additionally, Dr. Adams talked about the big movement in possible vaccines for children, whether it’s a foregone conclusion that federal health regulators will approve the vaccine for ages 5-11.
Also, Dr. Adams mentioned what happens if the FDA gives the OK and if it’s actually possible to begin vaccinating children against the coronavirus next month.
