1 shot, critically injured on city’s east side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One person is in critical condition following a shooting on the city’s east side, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Around 11:45 a.m., officers were called to the 900 block of North Gladstone Avenue for a report of a person shot.
Once on the scene, officers located the victim who was suffering from trauma to the body.
It’s unclear what led up to the shooting.
No suspect or victim information has been released.
