48-year-old man stabbed, killed on southwest side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man died after following an overnight stabbing on the city’s southwest side, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

Just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to the 5700 block of Milhouse Road for a report of a person stabbed.

The Marion County Coroner’s Office on Monday identified the man as David Lynn, 48.

Officers arrived and found Lynn suffering from traumatic injuries. He died at the scene.

No victim or suspect information has been released.
