Arson investigation underway after fire southeast of downtown
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An arson investigation is underway just southeast of downtown Indianapolis.
The fire burned two houses on Olive Street. Firefighters said the fire started in one and jumped to the other. They say the flames towered 40 feet in the air at one point.
The Indianapolis Fire Department said both houses were vacant, had no working utilities and that the second house has been on fire in the past.
No one was hurt.
