Boone County man sentenced to 30 years on 4 counts of child molesting

THORNTOWN, Ind. (WISH) — A Thorntown man was sentenced to 30 years on four counts of child molestation Monday, according to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office.
In August, Johnny Adams, 64, was convicted of sexually abusing two children.
After a three-day jury trial, he was found guilty on two counts of child molesting as a level 1 felony and two counts of child molesting as a level 4 felony.
According to the prosecutor’s office, Adams sexually abused the two children between 2015 and 2019 when the victims were between the ages of six and 11.
