Cumberland police looking for 3 robbery suspects

CUMBERLAND, Ind. (WISH) – Police in Cumberland are investigating an April robbery of a convenience store.

According to Crime Stoppers, on April 13, the three suspects entered the Speedway gas station in the 900 block of North German Church Road.

Police said the three suspects, one of whom was carrying a black handgun, emptied the cash register and stole cigarettes. They then fled the scene in a northeast direction.

All three suspects are described as three black males in their late teens to early 20s, according to the department.

Police also believe they may be connected to two other recent Hancock County robberies.
