IMPD arrests 25-year-old man in connection with fatal shooting on southeast side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on the southeast side early Wednesday morning, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said Wednesday night.
IMPD are not releasing the suspect’s name for investigative purposes. No further explanation was provided.
The shooting occurred just after midnight in the 9300 block of East Troy Avenue. That is near the intersection of East Troy Avenue and South Post Road.
The man is being preliminary charged with murder. A final charging decision will be made by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
