IMPD seeking help locating truck involved in hit-and-run

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has released photos of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that left a woman hospitalized.

IMPD released two photos of a dark blue or black pickup truck, believed to be an older Ford F-150 or Dodge Ram with wood rails along the bed. Police said it was speeding through a Shell gas station parking lot at 2705 Bloyd Avenue just before midnight on Oct. 6.

A 32-year-old woman was struck and hospitalized with significant injuries. She is still in the hospital and is in critical condition.

Police believe the truck may have some minor damage to the front bumper or hood.
