IMPD seeks child molestation suspect

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Police are seeking help to find a 37-year-old man wanted for multiple child molestation counts. 

Thomas Downey is wanted on 11 counts of child molestation.

A news release issued Thursday by Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said Downey is believed to live in the area of West 79th Street and Georgetown Road on the northwest side of the city.

Anyone with information on Downey was asked to call IMPD at 317-327-3811 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-327-8477.
