Purse snatcher strikes again in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police are investigating another purse snatching incident on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

Police say they believe this case is related to multiple other cases of purse snatching.

According to the report, the suspect held a door open for a woman at the Saigon Restaurant on West 38th Street. While the victim was passing through the door, he grabbed her purse and dragged her across the sidewalk while trying to take it.

When he got it free, he got into his car and drove away.

Police say he was driving a small black car, what is believed to be a Kia Spectra. It has a paper license plate.
