Dog owners take more pics of their pet than their spouse, study reveals
SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – Are you even surprised?
Sixty-five percent of dog owners admit to taking more pictures of their dog than their significant other, according to results from a study via Rover.com, a site that connects dog owners with dog sitters.
Just think about it — who’s a cuter sleeper? Spouse or pup? You be the judge.
The study also found that nearly half of people surveyed say they find it harder to leave their dog for a week versus a significant other.
Ninety-four percent of dog owners also consider their dog a part of the family and 56 percent greet their dog when they walk in the door, before saying hello to anyone else in the family.
