Domino’s pizzeria launches pothole repair program

(WISH) – Domino’s is launching a new program to help repair potholes.

The Paving for Pizza program launched in four test cities: Athens, Georgia; Bartonville, Texas; Burbank, California; and Milford, Delaware. Those cities are getting extra funds to fix potholes.

Milford, Delaware got a $5,000 grant, which covered the repair of 40 potholes. The city stenciled in the Domino’s logo on some of the potholes.

The company said the program is aimed at getting people and pizzas home safely.

Now it wants nominations for more cities. You can nominate your town on Domino’s PavingForPizza.com website.
