Dr. Caine applauds IMS for COVID measures, precautions
SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) – The pandemic has affected nearly every aspect of our lives.
With some restrictions being rolled back, there is light at the end of the tunnel. However, the pandemic is not over.
Director of the Marion County Public Health Department, Dr. Virginia Caine was on Daybreak Sunday.
She talked about the restrictions and limited capacity at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
