Eating fruit, making healthy choices
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Fruits are an essential part of a healthy diet.
However, some of us may not be eating them the right way.
Dewana Allen, a registered nurse and diabetes education at Community Health, stopped by Daybreak Monday.
She discussed why fruits a necessary for a well-balanced diet, whether it’s possible to eat too much fruit and if there is a right way to consume fruit.
