Emergency crews respond to early morning fire
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Calls of a fire came into to dispatch just after 1 a.m.
The first crew arrived on scene minutes later and began fighting the flames.
The fire occurred in the 1100 block of Eugene Street in a two story vacant residence structure.
Crews were able to get the fire under control in approximately 20 minutes after arriving on scene.
The damage has been estimated at $50,000.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
