INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Live Nation, which presents shows at venues in Indianapolis and Noblesville, says ticket holders for canceled shows will automatically receive a refund.

Shows listed on its website include those at Old National Centre, The Amphitheater at White River State Park and Noblesville’s Ruoff Music Center. Dates for some shows have been rescheduled instead of being canceled for the COVID-19 pandemic.

As an alternative to a refund, Live Nation said, buyers of tickets for canceled shows at Old National Centre, White River State Park and Ruoff Music Center will have 30 days to opt in to receive refunds as 150% credits to use toward buying future tickets.

For rescheduled shows, tickets will automatically be valid for the new show dates, unless the ticket holder wants to opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced.

Notification emails to ticket holders will begin May 1.

People who have tickets to a show that is postponed will have to wait until the rescheduled date is announced to select a refund option.
