Holiday World caps attendance, requires tickets purchased in advance to make visits safer

SANTA CLAUS, Ind. (WISH) — Holiday World will now be capping daily attendance at the park, as well as requiring tickets to be purchased online in advance, the theme park announced in a Facebook post on Monday.

Holiday World said it was implementing the changes to make visits safer.

“Due to many of our team members returning to school, we expect that we may need to rotate or close rides and food stands throughout the day to accommodate staffing shortages,” the post said.

Attractions that will be closed each day can be found on Holiday World’s website.

Additionally, the park says that select dates will have different hours than usual and that masks are recommended for all guests, regardless of vaccination status.
