Fifth Third Bank to help recent college graduates find jobs

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One of the biggest problems facing recent college graduates is finding a job when they graduate. Students also struggle to pay off student debt.

Fifth Third Banks in Indiana and around the country want to raise awareness about the issue of student debt in the country and they’re giving away job coaching scholarships to help.

It’s through a campaign called the “Brand of You.” Teresa Shaffer, marketing director for Fifth Third Bank of Greater Indiana shared with 24-Hour News 8 how the campaign works.

The bank is offering $1 million in job coaching scholarships through the campaign. Each scholarship awarded will be $1,000 to help millennials find the jobs they deserve and that are in their field.

“Brand of You” kicked off at noon on Tuesday and it’s all on Twitter. All you have to do is Tweet to @FifthThird with your response to an interview question they post.

50 graduates have a chance to win one of the scholarships.
