Five Indiana schools NCAA Tournament bound

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A year ago not one team from the state of Indiana made the NCAA Tournament but it’s a different story this year.

Indiana, Purdue, Butler, Notre Dame and Valparaiso all punched tickets to the big dance.

Here is a list of the first set of Indiana games in the NCAA Tournament:

(10) Indiana vs. (7) Wichita St on Friday in Omaha, Neb

(9) Purdue vs. (8) Cincinnati on Thursday in Louisville, KY

(6) Butler vs. (11) Texas on Thursday in Pittsburgh, PA

(3) Notre Dame vs. (14) Northeastern on Thursday in Pittsburgh, PA

(13) Valparaiso vs. (4) Maryland on Friday in Columbus, Ohio
