Foods to fight illness

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – February may be ending but the cold and flu season doesn’t seem to be letting up anytime soon.

Kaitlyn Wong, a dietitian from Community Health, stopped by Daybreak Thursday morning.

She talked about ways to help fight illnesses with products that you likely already have in your kitchen.
