Gorgeous stretch of weather ahead
After a very soggy last two days with rain fall totals pushing 4″ in northern Indiana, finally drier and more comfortable weather returns to the state! A cooler morning in store with temperatures stating in the lower to mid 60s. A beautiful day with highs in the mid 70s with partly sunny skies. High pressure will dominate our weather scene for the next couple days! Tonight will crisp and almost fall like with lows falling to the mid to lower 50s with a mainly clear sky! Another great day on tap for the state with highs slightly warmer topping out in the upper 70s with lots of sunshine during the afternoon.
Changes arrive by Friday with a few showers and storms. Temperatures will suffer because of that and will only warm to the low to mid 70s during the afternoon. It won’t be a wash out by the end of the week but less bright and soggy. Scattered showers and storms will stick around for the weekend with highs warming ot the mid 80s Saturday afternoon. Even warmer by Sunday with highs nearing 90° with an isolated storm chance during the day.
Summer like heat and humidity will stick around for the beginning of the work week with highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s. An isolated shower possible for both Monday and Tuesday with drier and cooler conditions in store for Wednesday.
