State health officials announce additional drive-thru testing for COVID-19

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — State health officials announced Sunday more testing would be coming to drive-thru sites in four Indiana counties.

The Indiana State Department of Heath said the testing will be free and available at locations in Allen, Clark, Decatur and Lake counties.

The clinics at the following locations will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., or until testing supplies run out:

  • St. Timothy Church – 1600 W 25th Ave, Gary, IN 46404
  • Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne – Coliseum Campus – 3800 N Anthony Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46805
  • Decatur County Fairgrounds – 545 S County Rd 200 W, Greensburg, IN 47240
  • Ivy Tech Community College Sellersburg – 8204 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, IN 47172

The testing is available to symptomatic health care workers, first responders, essential employees and individuals who live with them. Testing is also available to symptomatic individuals who have underlying medical conditions.

Testing is limited to one person per vehicle and all individuals must be Indiana residents.
