Hopsfest to offer music, food trucks and more

SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) — If you like craft beer, music and food trucks, mark your calendar for Saturday Aug. 29. It’s the Hops & Flip Flops Craft Beer Festival in Speedway.

Shane Pearson from the Daredevil Brewing Company stopped by 24-Hour News at Noon to talk about the event.

The festival includes a craft beer festival, block party and a 5K run/walk.

At the festival you can enjoy a selection of local, regional and national craft breweries. Chrome Pony, Party Lines and Whiskey Bent Valley will perform live music.

The age 21 and older event kicks off at 1 p.m. and goes till 5 p.m.

General admission costs $45 and VIP tickets are $65. If you would like to attend as a designated driver tickets are only $10.
