How to get around IMS
SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) — The main way to get around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is to walk, but this year you can take a ride on a “Bike Cab.”
Drivers say they pedal 60 to 70 miles a day depending on how hot it is. They say that driving a Bike Cab is a skill that takes time and you have to stay hydrated.
To catch a ride all you have to do is wave a Bike Cab down and the cab will pick you up. The drivers say they work for tips, but otherwise the ride is free.
