IMPD asks for help finding accused kidnapper
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police in Indianapolis are asking for the public’s help with finding a man charged with kidnapping.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is looking for Jeffery Payne. They say on Dec. 29, 2014 a warrant was issued for Payne charging him with the crime.
Payne is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds.
