IMPD, FBI looking for suspect in bank robbery on city’s north side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Authorities are searching for a suspect who allegedly robbed a bank on the city’s north side earlier this month.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, a male suspect allegedly robbed the Fifth Third Bank located at 8449 N College Ave on Jan. 2.
Police say the suspect walked into the bank just before 3 p.m., robbed it and walked out with an undisclosed amount of money.
Witnesses at the scene told police the man is about 25 years old and of a thin build. He was wearing a dark-colored coat, sunglasses and a dark-colored baseball cap.
