IMPD locates missing mother and child

• UPDATE: 3-month-old found dead after child, mom were reported missing

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the disappearance of a woman and her young child.

IMPD is looking for 36-year-old Rachel McAfee. She was last seen Monday leaving for work with her two-month-old child.

She was last seen driving a 2011 silver Subaru Forester with license plate #3313RRH.

IMPD says she suffers from alcoholism and post-partum depression and that she may be suicidal.

McAfee is from the far east side near Cumberland.
