IMPD releases photos of Rodeway Inn homicide suspects
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Detectives in Indianapolis released surveillance photos on Thursday of two suspects wanted in connection to a homicide earlier this month.
They’re wanted for the homicide that happened at the Rodeway Inn on North Shadeland Avenue on June 14. Police say a man was found shot in his motel room and later died at the hospital.
One suspect was wearing a black T-shirt and white pants. The second suspect was wearing a black tank top and shorts outfit with multi-colored faces on the shirt, investigators say.
Police say the surveillance photos were taken from the Thornton’s gas station at 7020 East Pendleton Pike before the homicide. They say the men are also seen fleeing eastbound from the motel immediately after the shooting.
Detectives are asking for help with identifying these two suspects. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS (8477).
