Indiana man facing charges after child thrown from moving vehicle
PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO) — A Parke County man is facing charges after a child was thrown from a moving vehicle.
On Wednesday, deputies responded to a domestic situation at an address in rural Parke County.
Police say when deputies arrived, they found a female and a small child who had been thrown from a moving vehicle.
Deputies identified the suspect as William Norris.
He was found at an address in Vigo County and transported to the Parke County Jail.
He faces charges of domestic battery, criminal confinement and leaving the scene of an accident.
