Silver Alert canceled after 2-year-old Cambridge City girl found safe

UPDATE: Wayne County Communications late Sunday night confirmed Zoey Nash was found safely at a family member’s home, and the Silver Alert was canceled. 

CAMBRIDGE CITY, Ind. (WISH) — State police have issued a Silver Alert for a 2-year-old girl last seen Sunday afternoon who may be in extreme danger and require medical assistance.

Police describe Zoey Dawn Nash, 2, as a 2-foot-tall white female weighing 40 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes, last seen wearing a pink jacket, pink unicorn shirt, pink unicorn pants and gray unicorn boots. Nash has a scar below her left eye. She is missing from Cambridge City, which is 55 miles east of Indianapolis. 

The girl may be with 34-year-old Jeffery Hancock, who police describe as a 6-foot-tall white male weighing 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, possibly driving a dark green 2001 Pontiac Grand Am GT with Indiana plate 976RCJ.
