State Police find mobile home in ditch on I-94, post as ‘for sale’ on Facebook

PORTAGE, Ind. (WISH) — Indiana State Police jokingly posted a “For Sale” advertisement on Facebook after finding a “slightly damaged” mobile home in a ditch off of Interstate 94 on Friday.
“Pros: quick access to the interstate and Bass Pro Shops! Cons: You’re in a ditch and close to the loud interstate,” the post read in part.
In their post, ISP also inquired about what Zillow, a popular online real estate company, would value the home at.
ISP did not say how the home got there or if it was returned to its owner.
