INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — You know the lines — “Change is hard.” “No one likes change.” “The only thing constant is change.”
If those statements alone stir anxious reactions, take a deep breath — Indianapolis Moms contributor and licensed therapist Monisha Mitchell was on Daybreak Wednesday discussing change and how to deal with it.
“Change is hard,” Mitchell said. “The body can experience change like stress, so even positive changes like getting married or having a baby can be very stressful.”
