Indianapolis Moms: Moving past the number on the scale
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Losing weight and becoming healthier can be tough.
It’s also easy to become discouraged if there isn’t an immediate and noticeable improvement in weight.
Andee Bookmyer, an Indianapolis Moms contributor, was on Daybreak Wednesday.
She discussed ways to measure healthy weight loss progress.
“We don’t have to be at the mercy of the scale,” she said. “We don’t need that stress when we have all these other areas we can look at.”
