Indianapolis St. Patrick’s Day events
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – St. Patrick’s Day is just one week away and there are plenty of ways to celebrate the day in Indianapolis.
Kevin Murray, the Irish Citizen of the Year and grand marshall of the parade, stopped by Daybreak Saturday.
He talked about some of the events happening around the Circle City recognizing St. Patrick’s Day.
On Thursday, he will “green” the canal, on Friday, March 15, he’ll be the grand marshall of the parade, which gets underway at 11:30 a.m. and on Saturday, there is the Shamrock Run/Walk which starts at 10 a.m.
