INDOT vehicle involved in crash on I-74 near Shelbyville
SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Workers for the Indiana Department of Transportation were involved in a crash Wednesday morning, according to INDOT.
The incident happened around 11 a.m. on I-74 eastbound near State Road 244. No one was injured in the crash.
INDOT says a Jeep lost control and was rear-ended by a semi, which then pushed the Jeep into an INDOT truck.
Immediately following the accident, INDOT said both lanes in the area were closed. All lanes had reopened by Wednesday afternoon.
