Indy Indians offering fireworks show after Monday’s game

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Indians are starting a five-game homestand on Monday, July 4.

The team plays the Louisville Bats at 6:05 p.m.

The first 12,500 fans will receive an Indianapolis Indians rally towel. There will also be a fireworks show at the end of the game, but it is weather permitting.

And to celebrate the holiday, players and coaches will be wearing special “stars and stripes” jerseys. While the game is happening, you can bid on and even buy the jerseys. It’s part of a fundraiser to benefit the Indiana National Guard Relief Fund.

Tuesday (2-For-1 Tuesday’s):

  • Donation will be made to Special Olympics from the sale of every Sun King pint at the ballpark

Friday (20th Anniversary Celebration & Fireworks):

  • Indianapolis Indians play Toledo Mud Huns at 7:15 p.m.
  • 20th Anniversary celebration with a special fireworks show following the game
