Indy marketing firm acquires branding agency
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) – Indianapolis-based marketing company Matchbook acquired MilesHerndon, a branding and marketing agency also based in Indy. Matchbook says it has been focusing on agency expansion over the last year to complement its client services.
Matchbook says MilesHerndon’s full-service solutions and experience in website design and development are perfectly aligned with its mission.
“This acquisition was in the works prior to the pandemic, so transitioning to the next phase of our agency during this time has certainly been an interesting process,” said Donna Gray, Matchbook’s chief executive officer. “We have always been strategic about growing our agency, both in services and partnerships in the community. We are going to follow that path, exploring where we can continue our growth.”
Daniel Herndon, chief executive officer of MilesHerndon said, “Even through the pandemic, our agencies have pooled our resources together to better serve our clients during a critical time.
