The developer of Bottleworks District – Downtown Indianapolis is moving forward with the project’s $100 million second phase. The IBJ reports ground will be broken next summer.

Supply chain issues are causing problems in the housing industry as builders can’t get things like knobs for cabinetry or microwave mount for a kitchen.
