Biopharma startup chooses site for HQ

FISHERS, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) — A biopharmaceutical manufacturing services startup has selected a site for its global headquarters in Fishers. INCOG BioPharma says the $60 million facility, which will also include manufacturing capabilities, will be located in the rapidly-growing area near I-69 and 116th Street.

The contract development and manufacturing organization first announced plans for the facility in October. The building was originally slated to be 60,000 square feet, but Chief Executive Officer Cory Lewis says it will now include 80,000-square feet of space, with room for future growth.

Lewis says ground will soon be broken on the site and construction is expected to take about a year to complete. The company expects to hire up to 150 people at the facility by the end of 2024.
